This Stained glass panel is made by hand engraving a mouth blown precious glass called flash glass that has 2 or three layers of color on it's surface. Then black glass powder paint is fired on to add tiny details like eyeballs and fingernails. These pieces are then stacked, layered and soldered. Some areas of the picture are 3 sheets deep. This is truly a One of A Kind Piece, I have only made one panel of this scene. This panel should be hung in a bright window to experience the incredible jewel-like tones of the flash glass.
